Kinbrook add star power to latest Townhome release
Residential builder, Homebuyers Centre, specialising in supporting first home buyers through a seamless building journey, will be creating 42 townhomes from their Urban Living range within Kinbrook’s Lavender Rain stage release. Each of these townhomes have well considered and chic colour schemes curated by the dynamic design duo Alisa and Lysandra. The well-regarded design duo first came to the attention of the Australian public through their appearance and triumphant win on Channel Nine’s The Block in 2013.
The entrepreneurial sisters have become well known for their unique design aesthetic, creating minimalist yet luxe, and contemporary yet understated interiors.
Homebuyers Centre have partnered with the pair to curate three palettes for their Urban Living range including:
- Industrial: Perfect for the young professional couple or contemporary family, Alisa and Lysandra’s spin on this industrial style combines hard wearing, textural elements with sleek and stylish finishes to create a home that is bold and modern.
- Adriatic: Channelling a cool and calming palette, the contemporary Adriatic scheme subtly references ocean tones, whilst playing homage to the origins of terrazzo. A seamless blend of coastal and urban design, this scheme is impactful in all the right ways.
- Coastal: Coastal is everything you would expect in a stunning seaside abode. Cool and bright whites and pale greys replicate the soothing tones found in rolling sand dunes. This design scheme is fresh, light, energising and encapsulates everything we love about the Australian beach culture.
“One of the appeals of purchasing a townhome is reducing the stress from having to make major decisions on selection of colours, fixtures and fittings throughout the home,” said David Principessa, General Manager of Retail for Homebuyers Centre.
“The selection of palettes Alisa and Lysandra have created, allow our townhome purchasers to still have a level of input into the personalisation of their future home.”
Alisa and Lysandra began working with Homebuyers Centre in 2020, creating a total of eight schemes to date for selection across the builder’s home designs. These schemes are constantly reviewed and refreshed to ensure they represent the latest in colour and design trends.
“We love that Homebuyers Centre keep everything so simple because we know how overwhelming the selections process can be,” Alisa said of the twins’ ambassadorship with Homebuyers Centre.
“You don’t have to spend a fortune on extra additions to a townhome to achieve a beautiful look in your place and these schemes really prove that you can get that luxurious feel with a modest budget” explains Principessa.
Kinbrook’s latest release of townhomes in Lavender Rain benefit from easy access to one of two parks within the estate.
Residences facing the park feature reverse-living, meaning the living areas are located on the top floor allowing for homeowners to take advantage of sweeping views of green space.
Lavender Rain is the final neighbourhood release from Kinbrook which features 1,170 total land lots including 110 townhomes across the development.
Townhomes in Lavender Rain includes two, three and four-bedroom options ranging from 95 to 265 square metres.
