First residents moving into Kinbrook!

After living in Parkdale, Donelle and Greg Atkins are excited to move into their dream home at Kinbrook this December. The family of three who purchased a lot in Stage 1 will be one of the first residents to move into the Kinbrook community.

"We decided to build at Kinbrook because of its location and outdoor offerings. Kinbrook is surrounded by lush parkland and the Merri Creek which provides great walking and bicycle paths, and plenty of open space for our five-month-old son - Ethan - to play which is perfect for us,"" Mrs Atkins said.

"The community is close to public transport and the Hume freeway which provides easy travel access to our workplaces and nights out in the city.

"We are building a large four-bedroom double story home with a big backyard for our little boy to play. We are also building an Alfresco area which will be great for entertaining friends and family.

"Our friends have purchased lots down the road from us and it is a great feeling to have that instant sense of community. The Kinbrook park will open next month and it will be great to walk to the park together and watch our children play on the new playground."

"We are excited to move in and spend our son's first Christmas in our new home," Mrs Atkins concluded.
